Core Systems

Design that invites tinkering. Our titles fold together simple rules into surprising possibilities: quick deckcraft, asymmetric powerups, and maps that change across rounds.

Modular Decks

Cards combine in unexpected ways so every match feels fresh. Choices are meaningful without being punishing.

Reconfiguring Arenas

Maps evolve across rounds to create new tactical layers and social spectacle.

Play-to-Share Tools

Clip highlights, stitch micro-stories, and export tiny rule-variants to friends.

Why we make small games

We believe short, plastic systems let players tell richer tales. Short sessions lower the cost of failure and increase the chance of happy accidents. That friction-free loop makes room for experimentation: people discover dance moves, strategies, and inside jokes that travel through communities.

Our team blends systems design, sound craft, and a love of arcade clarity. We ship often, iterate quickly, and treat each release as a conversation starter rather than a final thesis.

Voices from the field

"Arcadia Forge made a five-minute match feel like a full evening of stories. The systems are smart and playful—every run surprises."

— Lina R., streamer & designer

"My friends and I remixed a mode and ended up inventing a ritual. It’s rare software actually sparks that kind of social play."
